All of our Profile® Series racks have a 'profile' of less than 4 inches. They are made in the USA.

The PRO Blackout Rack offers the same exceptional quality from our Profile PRO racks, but with some cost-effective adjustments. No laser-cut numbers on the uprights, and the uprights come exclusively in our sleek black raven with a multi-grip bar.

Our PRO Racks have industry standard 3x3" 11-gauge steel tubing. The hole spacing on the front is 2" (1" in bench area), and the side spacing is 2". All holes are 5/8".
The Profile ONE Racks are constructed with 2x3" 11 gauge steel tubing. All holes on the uprights are 5/8" and the hole spacing on the front and sides is 2".
Because of the wide variability in designs and brands, we cannot guarantee other manufacturers’ accessories are compatible with our rack. However, our standard sizes have allowed other customers to make it work.
When it comes to accessories that attach to our racks, we have some that attach to specific racks and some that are more widely compatible. The difference can be seen typically in the name of the product.
For example, the Profile PRO Rack would be compatible with the PRO Dip Station, PRO Spotter Arms, PRO J Cups and PRO Locking System. The Profile ONE Rack would be require the ONE Dip Station, ONE Spotter Arms, ONE J Cups and ONE Locking System. The same idea applies to our Build Limitless and GRIND lines as well.
Generally speaking, products that have just "Profile" or "PRx" in the name, such as the Profile Landmine Attachment, would be compatible with any of our Profile racks, regardless if it's a PRO or ONE. There may be adjustments that you'll have to make depending on the product to use it safely and efficiently, so please reach out if you have specific questions about a product.
Both the Elite High Pulley and the Prime High Pulley should be compatible with any rack that has a pull up bar, or a system that has our Topper Bar.
Both systems are similar, but there are a few differences. The Elite High Pulley has slightly shorter cable, slightly larger pulley wheel, comes with a rope handle, and is made in the USA. The Prime High Pulley comes with a straight bar handle and is imported. Both the Elite and Prime will work great with the Elite Low Pulley and any of our 89", 90" and 95" racks. At the end of the day, it just comes down to your own preference.
The Rack lock is optional, but will help keep your uprights from lifting too much when using the low pulley. Please be sure to select your rack lock based on the rack you have, so PRO, ONE or Fold-Up ONE.
The Build Limitless Ripcord Pulley System was designed specifically for our Build Limitless Racks, though it can technically attach to the PRx Folding Full Cage as well.
All of our pre-built Home Gym Packages are customizable once it's in your cart! If there's a package that has most of what you like, feel free to add it to your cart and then remove or add additional items as you see fit.

How does it work?
Once you reach check out on our site, select PayPal as your payment option. This takes you to the PayPal payment portal, where you'll be prompted to log in to your PayPal account. Once logged in, you will have the option to either Pay Now or Pay with PayPal Credit. If you select PayPal Credit, you will go through a quick pre-approval process. If approved, you can proceed to with PayPal Credit.

If your organization is tax exempt we are able to remove the taxes from your order before it is placed. To do so, please email us your tax exempt form along with your shipping address, phone number and the list of items you'd like to purchase. We'll create a draft and send it to you once it's ready.
Unfortunately, we're unable to remove tax from orders that have been placed.

Shipping and Delivery
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to you directly in Alaska. We have in the past, but the shipping costs got expensive quickly. If you'd still like our product, we'd recommend that you get in contact with a freight forwarder based in the continental US to set up shipping. When you purchase, you'll use their address as your shipping address. We'll ship it to them, and they'll ship it to you!
If your package(s) is currently stuck in a "pending" state, it essentially means it has encountered a delay. Typically, pending packages will get delivered within a few days. A package needs to go without a scan for 7 business days before we can issue a lost package claim with FedEx. If the package(s) has not been scanned in 7 or more business days, please reach out to us and we will take the next steps.
FedEx sometimes splits orders up, even if it looks like all your boxes have been delivered. You can click on your tracking number, scroll down, and click on the tab 'Multi-piece Shipment'. Once you click on that, it will show all of your tracking numbers and packages associated with your order, which ones were delivered, and which ones are still on the way.
While rare, at times pieces may have been shipped incorrectly, missed entirely, or arrive damaged from your order. Please send us information regarding the pieces along with your order number and photos, if applicable. We'll be in touch soon!

While we're unable to elaborate on the exact cosmetic issue that the item you're purchasing may have, in most cases it'll be a scratch, scuff or other minor issue. All items meet our strict safety requirements and function as expected.

Installation
We recommend attaching a 2" by 8" ledger board spanning at least 4 existing studs for both the top and bottom brackets. The ledger board and hardware to mount the ledger board can be found at any local hardware store. We would recommend using 4" lag screws to attach the ledger board to studs. Once the ledger board is placed on the wall, the wall brackets can be placed directly onto the ledger board with the hardware that we provide.
You can mount a rack to concrete, but I do recommend you hire a professional. Many customers have used wedge anchors or shield anchors. Those who used Tapcons (eight or ten 5/16" x 3" screws) have been happy with the ease of use and lasting sturdiness. If installed correctly, mounting to concrete can be stronger than mounting to wooden studs (our standard installation). We do include lag screws for mounting the rack to wooden studs (with or without drywall). Your installer will need to supply their own anchors.
The short answer is yes, you can install any of our Profile® Series Racks on metal studs, but we do recommend hiring a professional. It will take some extra time and materials, but it will look and work great when it’s finished. The lengthy answer below explains how you should go about it.
You can easily find toggle bolts for metal studs that are rated higher than our regular lag bolts for wood. Snaptoggle's are great. The metal studs will be the limiting factor. They can deform under point loads like the toggle bolts. The solution to that problem is to spread out the force. We recommend attaching a 2"x8" ledger board spanning at least 4 studs (the wall brackets are 52" wide), for both the top and bottom bracket. Ensure that you install at least one toggle bolt per metal stud. If the studs are 24” inches apart, it is wise to go a little wider than 72” to catch three studs. From there you can go ahead and install the wall brackets onto the ledger board. You don’t have to worry about hitting the studs with the lag bolts.
If you are having issues attaching your shocks on either your rack or bench, please follow the steps below:
Be sure that your rack or bench is folded to the wall.
You may need to move the upright or bench around to finagle it in. It's not an easy fit, but it should work!
You could try to loosen the wall brackets, this will give it a little more wiggle room.
Make sure that the head of your shock is tight.

In most cases, folding issues with your rack are due to a few things:
1. Your wall brackets may not be installed at the right location. We recommend double checking your manual and ensure that your brackets are installed at the points required for your ceiling height. Even being off by one inch can cause issues with the folding mechanics of your rack. Most of the time, this ends up being the issue.
2. Your wall brackets may not be plumb, flush or level. We recommend checking that each of these are true.
3. Your linkage arms may be installed in the wrong location on your rack. It's important that your linkage arms are at the same angle when the rack is on the ground. If the top linkage arms are at a different angle than the bottom linkage arms your rack will not fold as it should.
If all of these issues have been checked and your rack is still not folding properly, please reach out to us and include photos showing how your rack is currently installed and measurements of your wall bracket installation.
